What are Generic Drugs?
Generic drug is a medicine which is chemically equivalent to a brand-name product, but available under its generic chemical name (e.g. Sildenafil Citrate is a generic name of a medicine known as Viagra). Generic drug is identical, or bio-equivalent to its branded drug equivalent in dosage form, safety, strength, route of administration, quality, performance characteristics and intended use. It is manufactured by the certified producer but not by the original drug's producer. Generic drug can be issued when the brand-name equivalent's patent expires. How do you ship orders?
Two Shipping Methods are available for our customers: regular airmail (about 14-21 days) and courier delivery via USPS (EMS) (about 7-14 days). The choice of the preferred method should be made during the registration process. The cost and the delivery term (from 4 days up to 3 weeks) depend on the method you select. This term can be extended in case of Risk Department's request for additional information for your order approval. Return and Resend Policy

If you receive defective, non complete or damaged merchandise, you may contact our Customers Service and apply for refund or reshipment. In order of reshipment we oblige to resend the drugs at no charge at all. If you do not receive your parcel on time we will absolutely free reship your order.
The full refund can be issued if you provide us with a reason which is considered to be significant. If you do not satisfied with quality of drugs, the parcel was lost in the post-office etc. please contact our Customer Service and will issue a full refund back to your credit card.
